Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
- Ensure all amenities are fully stocked and rooms are refreshed with fresh linens and toiletries.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and infection control guidelines.
- Sort and remove trash and recyclables in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
