Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage high-volume front desk operations, handle reservations accurately, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Shift Management: Monitor hotel security, handle wake-up calls, and manage in-house guests during your shift.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
