Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/out guests using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service and problem-solving skills
- Manage reservations and room status updates in real-time
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell resort amenities and create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Tucson attractions and local services
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
