Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, POS software, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
