Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests with check-in/out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution systems
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for errands)
