Your Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can handle a fast-paced environment with grace and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and faxes with accuracy.
- Assist with valet parking coordination and guest transportation requests.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
