Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests in person and via phone
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle basic cash register operations and maintain accurate records
- Support event setup and guest services for hotel functions
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
