Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room assignments and key systems accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Perform daily housekeeping and facility maintenance duties
- Operate POS systems for payments and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards
- Adapt to rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
