Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/reception areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Process payments and operate reservation systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
