Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status updates
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/reception areas
- Adhere to all safety and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- No prior experience required (training provided)
