Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
