Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and concierge duties
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
