Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
