Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt assistance
- Perform front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure environment
- Support special events and VIP guest requests with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for service excellence
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hospitality systems
