Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service at front desk, concierge, and housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Complete all training modules and operational protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Ohio driver's license (preferred for airport shuttle duties)
