Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through front desk operations, check-in/check-out, and concierge services
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless guest transitions
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with food service, security, and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
