Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcome and assistance to hotel guests at the front desk
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services when needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
