Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, special requests, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and daily reconciliation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
