Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping coordination
- Manage reservation inquiries and booking modifications
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Albuquerque location
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
