Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms
- Support the maintenance team with basic facility upkeep
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
