Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process using hotel management software.Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve minor complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the property meets high standards.Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.No prior hospitality experience necessary. We provide on-the-job training.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency with computers and basic office equipment is a plus.
