Responsibilities
- Monitor the security and safety of the hotel premises during night hours.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room key access procedures as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Restock amenities, such as toiletries and linens, in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain the lobby area, including front desk organization and coffee station upkeep.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance and management teams immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, specifically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and correct minor discrepancies in room cleanliness or security.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn hotel management software.
- Background: No criminal history that would disqualify employment (standard background check).
