Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in restrooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special instructions.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols regarding chemical usage and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
