Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing check-in/check-out processes with a smile.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, corridors, and public areas to meet our high standards.
- Shift Management: Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our 24/7 operations.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management while maintaining composure.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform light clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
