Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked, folded, and neatly arranged according to brand standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations strictly at all times.
- Organize closets and storage areas efficiently to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and excellence.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
