Responsibilities
- Sanitize and Clean: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest rooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report Defects: Promptly identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Quality Control: Conduct room inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks have been completed accurately and efficiently.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests or assisting with special requests.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
