Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and payments.
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
