Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the front desk with a warm and welcoming smile upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and room service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Upsell hotel services and promote local events to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over a resume.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
