Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues regarding amenities, local attractions, and services
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness and facility functionality
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
