Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in each room.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment throughout the hotel property.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
