Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following strict cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to process reservations, payments, and guest data
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred
- 0-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with computers and reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
