Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) for daily operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license (if required for local errands)
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
