Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
- Complete detailed shift handovers and documentation
- Adhere strictly to all resort policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system aptitude
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
