Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities during peak shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning new systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during entire shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid driver's license preferred (for errands)
