Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service at the front desk, including check-ins/check-outs and reservation assistance
- Manage daily housekeeping operations and room status tracking
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate point-of-sale systems for food/beverage services during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and back-of-house
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
