Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are immaculate, tidy, and stocked with amenities.
- Shift Operations: Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support hotel operations.
- Communication: Relay messages and coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk teams efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Security: Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks.
