Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Shift Management: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, cash handling, and room status reports during your assigned shifts.
- Area Maintenance: Ensure the lobby, front desk, and common areas are pristine and organized at all times.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior hospitality experience is required; we are looking for great attitudes and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Shift Work).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
