Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for all guests.
- Assist with front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure facility standards.
- Perform light administrative tasks and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
