Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs while ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Guest Relations: Respond to inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Assist with room changes, maintenance requests, and housekeeping coordination.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, post charges, and maintain the front desk logbook.
- Environment: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Shift Management: Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right entry-level candidate.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
