Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, corporate partners, and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and labor laws.
- Respond to guest feedback and complaints promptly to maintain our 5-star reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume operations and achieving financial targets.
- Strong proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Micros, or similar software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with a relentless focus on customer service.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
