Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, local attractions, and room availability with a smile.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for our Entry Level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
