- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk area in pristine condition.
- Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints with patience and a service-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we provide full training.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
