Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, verifying identities and processing payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services with a helpful and knowledgeable attitude.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Support special events and functions, including setup, serving, and cleanup as required.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily receipts with accuracy.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide full training and mentorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
