We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and are looking for night owls to ensure our hotel runs smoothly around the clock.
As a Front Desk Agent on the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for our late-night guests, ensuring their check-in process is seamless and their stay is comfortable. We offer a competitive night shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and credit card verifications are completed accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem-solving, empathy, and patience.
- Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and key distribution during night hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with security duties, including monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts using hotel management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
