What You Will Do
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and refreshed.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds to hotel specifications, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for use.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (leaks, loose fixtures) and report them immediately to the maintenance department.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment.
- Manage time efficiently to complete a full set of rooms within the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) with physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
