Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including managing keys and payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Handle basic complaints or requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Learn and operate hotel property management software and front desk equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
