Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service during their stay. You will be the bridge between our guests and the rest of the hotel team.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Process reservations, verify guest identities, and issue room keys using Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Operations Support: Assist with baggage handling, concierge services, and coordination with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and manage correspondence via email or in-person.
  • Revenue Management: Upsell rooms and packages where appropriate to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
