Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
