Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
- Front Desk Support: Assist the front desk team with check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone inquiries.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, public areas, and the lobby.
- Shift Management: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 operations.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality industry.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
