Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms as needed.
- Concierge Services: Provide information regarding local events, transportation, and dining recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, update guest profiles, and maintain accurate records in the property management system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience required; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs), and move around the property easily.
